Located in Loxton, at the heart of South Australia’s Riverland, Max’s Mechanical Workshop & Repairs is the region’s trusted destination for heavy vehicle and equipment servicing. Established in 2014 by Max Wishart, owner and director of M & LJ Wishart Contractors, the workshop was created to meet a critical need for local businesses. Previously, operators faced costly downtime waiting for metropolitan mechanics. Max’s Mechanical changed that by delivering expert solutions right here in the Riverland.
Our team of qualified diesel mechanics brings decades of combined experience across earthmoving machinery, agricultural equipment and heavy vehicles. We understand the importance of keeping your fleet moving, which is why we offer comprehensive servicing and repairs for trucks, trailers and earthmoving equipment. From steering and suspension to brakes, clutches, gearboxes and differentials, we handle it all with precision and care.
The workshop is equipped with a B-Double pit, ensuring no job is too big. We also provide full diagnostic testing and specialise in servicing American, Japanese and European trucks. For added convenience, we stock a large range of truck and trailer spare parts and offer battery sales to keep you on the road.
